Kids Ministry Director of Infants-Kindergarten is a part-time position responsible for overseeing and directing a comprehensive and effective children’s ministry (birth through Kindergarten) that accomplishes the mission and vision of College Ave Church — to help children know, love, and follow the real Jesus. This person will ensure that the age-related programs, personnel, policies, environment, and culture work together to create an ideal atmosphere for families and achieve the desired goals and outcomes of the ministry and church.
