Interest Form – Production Engineer

The Production Engineer is a part-time position responsible for overseeing and executing high-quality audio, video, and lighting production across all College Ave Church gatherings and events in alignment with the mission and vision of the church — to help people know, love, and follow the real Jesus. This person will ensure that production systems, equipment, volunteers, and processes work together seamlessly to create a distraction-free, excellent worship environment that supports ministry goals and enhances the overall church experience.

The Production Engineer will provide technical leadership, system maintenance, and hands-on execution while developing and supporting production volunteers. This role requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented ministry environment while modeling spiritual maturity and a servant-hearted posture.
